Poor response from Maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/14/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We were promised the world when we signed the lease. That's when the letters started. Very impersonal form letters threatening to evict us because we withheld rent because work still needed to be completed on our place. Complex is noisy with a wide variety of people from middle class to college students to white trash. Rules are not enforced. Downstairs powder room does not work despite constant work orders to fix it. Our unit is very quiet unless the windows are open and you hear the neighbors screaming at each other. By the way, there is a recall on the dishwashers they have in our unit. Look elsewhere if you can afford it.
