I noticed the management response to all these posts. So to the management, Are you sensing a pattern here' Everyone complains about the maintence and the condition of their residents. YOU HAVE A 38% approval rateing!!!You can't argue with that kind of evidence. I hope more people read this and realize they have rights as a tenant-search it on the internet. I will not be renewing my lease here.

Thank you for taking the time to post your opinion. We appreciate your feedback as it allows us to better serve our residents. We take our resident service program very seriously and resident feedback is crucial to our ability to make improvements. In addition to regularly checking apartment ratings websites we also regularly conduct resident satisfaction surveys and telephone surveys to ensure our residents are pleased with the service they are receiving. Presently we show that our service department has an 85% customer service rating. We are continuously working to make improvements and welcome resident feedback. Majority doesn't lie folks. Mngr seems too seasoned in responding to all of these complaints
