This place will do for shot periods of time. The management couldn't care less about residents, apartments are old and cost too much. The area isn't very good either. Not that there is a lot of crime but its seems low income and there is always something shady going on in the parking lot. Also they never ticket cars that park illegally. They also try to rip you off of your deposit when you move out. If you can avoid this place I would.

Thank you for sharing your opinion of Westbrooke Commons. We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry if you had the impression that management does not care about the residents. I assure you this is not the case and we are constantly striving to improve upon our service offerings. All of our residents are thoroughly screened and we do not participate in any government subsidized housing programs. We regularly check for parking stickers as part of the morning grounds clean-up and have illegally parked cars towed from the premises. We do not charge for ordinary wear and tear on the apartments and offer all residents the opportunity to participate in a pre-move-out inspection with our staff. We welcome you to visit our apartment community and formulate your own opinion.

i agree with pretty much everything you said; especially the "costs too much for being so old". there are much nicer apartments in the area that still somehow cost less than westbrooke
