Good place to live From: mrodrag42 Date posted: 7/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I live in this complex since October 2005. I find it convenient, maintenance is very helpful, management always listen to my problems. The property is a little old, but, hey, we live in the Rochester area. Everything is old around here. I have never experienced any burglary, and nothing has been stolen from the parking lot. It's pricey, yes, but I guess this is the only way to screen unwanted people
