I have lived in Westbrooke Commons for 5 years. Now that I am buying a house they treat you rotton. They do not offer a month to month lease at all. They are throwing us out 10 days before we close on our house. We offered more money for rent for these 10 days. They still would not take it. They complained about a lot of vacancies. If they lower their prices then they would not have a lot of vacancies. I would not recommend this place. They make you pay for your own water. This past month our water bill was $45.00. If you live in a house your water bill every three months is this price. They are charging us over $900 per month for a 2 bedroom townhome. We also have to pay heat & utilities. Heating bills are high due to a lot of drafts with windows and doors. We asked to replace our front door several times. Nothing happend. Our front door looks like it someone tried to break in with previous owners. It took them forever to clean the mold in the basement. They charge extra rent for pets.
