Overall my experience at Westview Commons has been OK. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and it has full sized washer/dryer hookups. The grounds are well maintained and parking has never been a problem for me. It is a little annoying that trash dumpsters are only in one location at the back corner of the complex. Most of the neighbors are great. My immediate neighbor is the major exception. The walls are very thin and he is very loud. He also acts very erratically and I am uncomfortable when I see him outside. The neighbor below me is also loud. They are older and play their TV at full volume. Luckily, they spend a lot of time away. I would expect the noise and neighbor problems in a cheaper apartment. Westview Commons is not a cheap apartment. My lease is about to end and if I were to renew they would raise my rent by about $60 per month. I don t think it s worth it, especially since it s in Gates. I am going to move into a cheaper apartment. The noise and semi-scary neighbors will be more tolerable when I am paying $200 less per month. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
