This is a college kid apartment complex. On the weekends you will whitness many a beer pong occurring within Winton Village. Their is no parking after 11pm on week days but usually the weekends have more spots. When I say no parking I really mean that you must park in a commercial lot with about 6mins walking time to get to your place. The insides of the place are sorta nice and the balcony is neat.

A "college kid apartment complex" can easily be translated to "dorms". What about the people that are serious about school and work? What about the families that live here? If you want beer pong, stay on campus, at least you won't get arrested for serving minors on campus. Learn the difference between "their", "there", and "they're".

I have lived here for three years. I am a "college kid" who is serious about school and work but I also enjoy beer pong as much as the next. I think that moving in here, you need to be aware that many college kids live here and if your not ok with the partying then go somewhere else, because they are going to do it no matter what. And the part about staying on campus, I go to RIT and it is really hard to get a place on campus since the college is highly overpopulated and there aren't enough places to put all the students. So Winton Village seemed like a fine choice. Sure it is noisy sometimes, Linda can be crazy sometimes, but it is a nice place and I have loved living here.
