I moved into winton about a month ago and I have to say I ve had very good experiences here so far. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, sometimes it can be a bit annoying that they can t always answer the phone, I know there is normally only one person working and I find if I leave a message someone always calls me back, but it can be a bit annoying. The maintenance guys are really friendly and helpful, I m comfortable with them doing work in my home, and they usually respond pretty quickly.

The apartments are much nicer on the inside then the outside, when I first came to the place I was nervous about what inside would look like but they were actually really nice. It would be nice if they had microwaves and maybe internet or something, but they are HUGE apartments for what you pay.

All in all, I ve only been here a month, but am very happy with my decision to rent here.
