Great for the price. . .

We've lived at Woodridge for almost a year, and we're very pleased. The apartments are spacious, especially the living rooms! The staff is friendly and always willing to accomodate our needs. Our neighbors are friendly as well. My only complaint would be that the laundry "facilities" are lacking. In order to dry one load of laundry, we have to dry it twice, which means that we have to pay twice (You can't pay for a partial dry). Also, most of our neighbors smoke, and the smell of smoke is VERY heavy in the building. Luckily, we usually can't smell the smoke in our apartment. Occasionally, we can smell it in the bathroom, which can be aggravating, because we don't smoke. Overall, though, the apartments are nice, and the staff is wonderful. The price isn't very high each month, and heat and hot water are included. Our electricity bill tends to be rather low. Also, the complex is in a nice location. It's close to major highways, shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and a movie theatre, yet it's removed from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Oh, and another small complaint would be that window coverings are not included. We didn't realize this until we moved in, as most places offer blinds. The windows are VERY large in the living room and bedroom, and it can be expensive to purchase blinds that fit. However, this isn't a huge issue, and I would definitely recommend Woodridge to anybody who's looking for a comfortable, affordable home.
