when meeting barb (landlord) I thought what a nice lady! the I come to find out she is nothing but an inconsiderate -----.First she lied to me and my bf telling us that we would get an apt. with all brand new things. we move in and it's nothing but stuff from the 80's. When I ask why we were given this and not newer things she said oh it costs extra up front to get the new stuff, plus it adds 35$ to your rent.Ok, whatever we can deal w/ it or so we though, until we realize the fridge doesn't work right, the dishwasher doesn't clean properly and only 1 burner on the stove works. we asked to get it replaced and she says no. We pay rent on time, how can you say no when our stuff doesn't work' As we're moving out I notice a small stain on the carpet and I cant get it out. I talked to a maintenance man and he says no problem don't worry about it. I get my 'security deposit' back and theres 225$ taken out for 'damages from cats and stain on carpet'...uhm we dont even own a cat! I asked to get my money back saying there was no cat in there and she laughed in my face and said 'not my problem'. The people at this facility are rude and most tenants are noisy. I would not recommend living here.

wow so crazy. i know of a resident who currently lives there, but is experiencing severe prejudice from this landlady barb. apparently she is a horrible landlord, and i have heard this from several people, past and current residents. knowing this information, i would now not consider living there, nor will i recomend anyone in either.
