1600 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620

03/26/14 by B.Lack1081: We'd like to take the opportunity to thank Sara and Elizabeth for their diligence and help. My husband and I were looking for someplace with fewer steps due to his age and they helped us find a new residence within Tri City. We tried searching other properties but came to the realization that Tri City had by far some of the best properties in Rochester. We decided on French Court which is more

Imperial South

1577 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620

08/21/14 by anonymous: I have lived here for one year and have had no issues. The place is well maintained and the apartments are clean. The landlord is a reasonable and nice person. When things don't work, maintenance is very accommodating. This isn't the best apartment if you are looking for a good location near the university or any good bars/restaurants. I recommend having a car if you live here. more

French Court Apartments

515 French Rd, Rochester, NY 14618

05/13/14 by robertrcandler: French Court is one of the best apartment complexes, especially for those seeking a more quiet and respectable environment. I've lived here for over seven years, and the staff has always been responsive, patient, understanding and communicative. On rare occasion, there have been some tenant issues, and the management has always addressed the problems in a professional manner. Additionally, more

The office staff and the maintenance crew re friendly, accommodating, and proficient. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. more

Windsor Gardens at Rochester

2859 Manitou Road, Rochester, NY 14624

08/28/14 by mmhu: Recently graduated from Syracuse University in May 2014 and moved to Rochester for a research co-op. This is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in and I managed collegiate student properties for two years. The ONLY place I could find that had a short term (8 month) lease, allows pets, and was very personable over the phone. I actually signed my lease without visiting. The more

1600 East Avenue Apartments

1600 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610

08/01/14 by anonymous: My wife and I moved into 1600 East Ave 3 months ago. It is a wonderful and fun place to live as evidenced by the comments. Megan runs the management office and is always professional and efficient. She is a genuinely nice person. The concierge team of Cole, Tony and Rick will go the extra mile for the tenants and are friendly and cheerful. The "team" also consists of 4 full time more

Brook Hill Village

18A Brook Hill Lane, Rochester, NY 14625

03/06/14 by anonymous: My wife and I have been living here for two years and it has been a wonderful experience. When ever we have a maintenance request they fix it within a couple of days no matter the issue. Plowing during the winter time is amazing and we have never had any issues with the side walks or parking lots not being cleared and salted. There are good accommodations for those who have dogs, with many more

Hidden Creek Townhomes and Apartments

36 Charwood Circle, Rochester, NY 14609

07/31/14 by anonymous: My experience at Hidden Creek has been nothing but positive. The grounds-keeping is beautiful in the summer, and in the winter they send plows out to clear the parking lots/roads the best that they can. I have lived in some scary apartments before, but at Hidden Creek I have not once felt unsafe. All of my neighbors are quiet -- you can hear them every so often but its not disruptive to me and its more
