Poor staff, good location. I have to agree with the other posters... the staff is rude and condescending. They treat you like they are always too busy to help... I have had multiple serious problems with my apartment and they act like it's not their problem. Look elsewhere if you can!

DO NOT RENT! I have lived in Corn Hill Landing for a couple of years and the lack of management and noise from restaurants are the worst I have ever encountered. Overpriced, understaffed for maintenance and horrible value. People do not pick up after their dogs and the hallways are a mess
