Don't Rent Here - I have lived there for some time and decided 2011 was it for me. Not a dime is being spent on upkeep. DO NOT RENT! I have lived in Corn Hill Landing for a couple of years and the lack of management and noise from restaurants are the worst I have ever encountered. Overpriced, understaffed for maintenance and horrible value. People do not pick up after their dogs and the hallways are a mess
