I was shocked after reading some of the "reviews". Are those people sure they live here at South Bay Manor' Yes, there was construction but the end result was great. To orgistrate those renovations without causing complete disruption of everyday life was not easy but done in the most professional manner possible. As far as the "little mound of dirt" description, I totally disagree. It is a lovely, private, clean and safe beach area and it is ok to add our "personal touches" as long as it doesn't interfear with South Bay Manor's strive for a quaint, neat and safe enviornment for their tenants. It is also very comforting to know that the office and maintenance staff are here 24/7 to take care of any of our needs and are friendly when doing so. For those that have left South Bay Manor for other complexes, I would say most would like to return to South Bay. As they say, the grass (in this case, the beach) is never greener (or sandier) on the other side. Thank you South Bay for making our time here a wonderful experience.

This was obviously written by a staff person for the above apartment complex. Read it again.

If it was written by a staff person, then their staff needs to return to school to learn how to spell: "orgistrate" for orchestrate, "interfear" for interfere.... It seems like whoever wrote this probably doesn't do alot of reading...
