Poorly managed, terrible service/maintenance department, hidden fees, 5 washer/dryers for 60 apartments (most of the machines are usually broken), no amenities, dirty grounds, limited parking, leaky apartments (with mold), unsecure, poorly lit parking lots and dumpster area. My thoughts as an actual resident here are I could swear I know who wrote this even thogh it was posted as an anon poster. These complaints altho the washer dryers is completely accurate are not at all anything like what i have experienced living here in the 3 yrs I have been here . If I am correct as to who this poster is she was evicted in the begining of summer with her son and was unhappy from day one and never did stop saying so . In fact that person said exactly word for word what this poster is saying here . She wasn't happy at all . I felt badly for her but she was troubled.I wish her well.

Nice try, but I'm not the crazy lady in the E building. Since we're assuming, I can only assume that you are not in fact a resident, but someone who works in the office, or used to work in the office and is now at a different complex. If so, run along, pull up your Home Properties underwear and kiss some more butt.
