| Poorly managed, terrible service/maintenance department, hidden fees, 5 washer/dryers for 60 apartments (most of the machines are usually broken), no amenities, dirty grounds, limited parking, leaky apartments (with mold), unsecure, poorly lit parking lots and dumpster area.
