So far good - I know I hear alot negative review about Fairfield but I have to this could be one of the better ones. So far I am liking the area and I just moved in over a week ago. way over priced I have lived here for 10 years in that time little or nothing has changed. if you actually get something in your apartment upgraded not only does the rent go up at least 30$ EVERY YEAR and you have to pay REAL ESTATE TAXES for something you dont own unless you renew another year

A room with a view I love it here . The block is so beautiful absolutely beautiful. tree lines streets with big old houses , large front lawns and all without exception well kept . In my opinion the location could not get any better ,the view of the water is something I have from all rooms

AGAIN DON'T BE FOOLED Management raised rents prior to tearing up nearly all of the exterior of our buildings environment in this past year to put in new septic and drainage. We have received no compensation for this incoonvenience. Quite literally we live in a construction site for 5 months.
