A room with a view I love it here . The block is so beautiful absolutely beautiful. tree lines streets with big old houses , large front lawns and all without exception well kept . In my opinion the location could not get any better ,the view of the water is something I have from all rooms

AGAIN DON'T BE FOOLED Management raised rents prior to tearing up nearly all of the exterior of our buildings environment in this past year to put in new septic and drainage. We have received no compensation for this incoonvenience. Quite literally we live in a construction site for 5 months.

BAD NEWS! DO NOT BE FOOLED When we first moved in we were taken in by the nice scene of the Great South Bay. We were told that there was a beach and plans to enhance it greatly. The beach is a small lot of dirt. The bulkhead is dilapidated and falling apart. There is a sewage/cesspool problem
