Awful Management/Unfair Contracts Clause in contract:
You are REQUIRED to leave 1 week prior to the end of your contract. If you stayed there for 1 day within the last week of your tenancy then you are charged a whole month of rent. You are not given reimbursement for leaving 1 week early.
