I am glad I came across this site. I am using it to look for another apartment since I moved out of state and moved from Hampshire. I loved Hampshire! I lived at Hampshire for several years and was sorry to leave. The staff was always helpful and caring, and I never had any problems. I wanted to let other know that. I had a very busy and stresssful schedule at St, Clare's Hospital as a ICU RN, I could rest no matter what time of day or night when I returned home or do laundry which was just down the hall from me. The pool was so great in the summer. It was clean, private and guarded. I also liked the idea that I could control my own heat and a/c - and the heat & hot water is incuded there with the rent payment. That saved me alot of money in the end. For me, it was important that there were no children to make noise and they do not allow dogs or cats. I have moved since then, out of state, and I can not find a place, so far, that compares to Hampshire. It will be hard to find a nicer place.
