I have rented at a couple of other apartment complexes before moving to Hampshire Apartments and this complex has been the best by far. Maintenance staff is quick and efficient. Case in point: My stove broke and I reported this to the office staff and within 24 hours I had a new working stove. Another case: The weekend I moved in the toilet backed up and the drains in the sink and showere were not draining. On a Sunday morning the maintenance staff was there within 10 minutes of my call to fix my problem. What he couldn't fix right then he was back first thing on Monday morning to do. Located in upstate New York this area is prone to heavy snow storms. The parking lot and side walks are always cleared in a timely manner. On numerous ocassions when I was out shoveling out my car a maintence worker would come over to help. Which I consider above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. This is a great place to live.
