I moved in about a week ago and everything has been fantastic so far. The apt manager is very nice and seems to genuinely care. The people who live here range from young professional to retired. The complex is in a very nice neighborhood and is just on the outskirts of Niskayuna. I've felt very safe here so far. Have not had to deal with the maintenance crew yet. The pool has only had a couple of screaming kids so far...much better than what I'm used to. The walls in my apt are thin. I can hear my neighbors conversations although they are usually yelling at each other.
