Kind of expensive for what you get

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2006
I have been here over 9 years. I am leaving because the people downstairs from me (been there 5 or 6 years) are wicked chainsmokers and their smoke smell is getting sucked into my apartment.
The grounds here are well kept.
Heat and hot water are included and used to justify the $25/mo rent increases you get on a yearly basis. You do not control your own heat which is why you see everyone with their windows open when it's 20 degrees out.
Office manager is generally rude unless she wants you to renew your lease...she's your best friend then.
Few kids, mostly older people. It is a quiet place. Nice laundry facilities. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
