Moved in seven months ago because of job relocation. It is the best price I could get near around (the rental includes water and heating). Convenient location with a plaza (CVS, Trustco bank, and a Chinese restaurant) just across the street. Spacious storage room in unit and prompt 24hr maintenance.
One thing I don't like is the too low electricity rating. With 15A in the kitchen and 15A in the living plus bed rooms, don't ever try to use hair dryer with A/C together or water boiler with microwave.

Yes, when I lived there, this was an issue...make sure the A/C is off before turning on the hair dryer...I kept blowing the main fuse in the basement and had to keep calling maintenance.
