Nice exterior, air conditioners included, clean pool, weight room is so-so (clean and spacious, but not much equipment), picnic tables outside, etc. ALL utilities are included - heat, electricity, hot water...which is nice because we don't get a surprise bill every month. Cats are allowed with a deposit, which is also nice! :) Laundry facilities are in the basement, but some of the machines act strangely (some of the dryer doors will pop open during the cycle). Apartment interiors are nice, but kitchen and bathroom decor is embarassingly 70's! Safety is okay...front door locks or requires a buzzing-in, but people will often hold the door for others, which can allow anyone in. Parking is usually okay, but occasionally when other residents have visitors the parking spots are hard to come by, and sometimes you just park where you can...management is generally okay about it though, and you can always rent one of the garages. As far as noise, quiet hours begin at 10 pm which can be good or bad depending on your personal habits. My BIGGEST complaint is SMOKING in the building...smoking is allowed, and people take full advantage of it (at least on my floor!). The smell of smoke is evident in some hallways and in the apartment I live in, where a smoker used to reside. The vents between some apartments allow some smoke to travel to my kitchen and bathroom...yuck! I've never had any issues so I'm not sure how maint. is, but management is okay. :)
