This is the only appartment that I haven't gotten my full security deposit back, I left the apartment better than when I moved in and they made up stuff to keep my money.
If you live on the bottom florr, pray that no one over 200 lbs moves in upstairs! You can hear every single move they make, the walls between next door neighbors are also paper thin.
Way over-priced for what you get. Very creepy maintenance guy would randomly go into my neighbor's apartment at odd times of the night.
They changed the rental price on my lease AFTER I signed it.
There was one good thing about my experience there, it was my first apartment and I learned how to protec myself from the shady dealings of crooked landlords.
