Apartment #5 needs to turn down their R&B

I just left them a note, and a note for the apartment manager - they blast this music EVERY weekend. I can hear it across the street in the kitchen in the back of my apartment. If you live in apartment #5 and you are reading this, PLEASE TURN IT DOWN! You're being RUDE to your neighbors.
