Beware of studio apartments!!!!!!
I have been in 2 seperate studio apartments now and the door that leads outside is always warped and will make your heat bill SKYROCKET!! Bob from Maintance is really nice and sometimes he doesn't always get back to you on questions, but I always see him running around with his head cut off doing 1,000 things so I understand. Recently there has been no Manager at the property due to her leaving for some reason so if you need anything don't plan on getting a call back from anyone. The rent is also astronomical for the small space that you do get. Better off driving around and finding a different place to live. They do have off street parking which is nice and is nicely lit at all times of the night, but with the police station next door and at alllll times of the night they test their sirens before they leave and it gets a little old!
