I've been here over 6 years in a two bedroom apartment. I have a private balcony overlooking a park like setting. The nice thing is that there seems to be little crime here for being smack dab in the middle of downtown Schenectady. I'm within walking distance of everything AND I have off street parking. Plus, utilities are CHEAP. Each room has it's own seperate thermostat. This allows you to keep from heating rooms you don't use much. The most it's EVER cost me to heat has been $70 (a month) over my normal electric bill. Granted, at night I turn down the heat (to 61) in the living area and turn the bedroom heat up (68) but it's a minor deal. I just reverse that routine the next morning. The last property manager seemed to sit in her office and disappear often but she is gone now. I see a new one around and hopefully she will get this place back in shape and looking sharp. Things are a bit run down but I have to echo the other persons post. Bob seem to be overwhelmed and always busy. I'm sure he needs help.
