This place looks nice from the street but beware of owners and some of the staff.

The real deal with this place is the owner is looking to make as much money as he can with as little output as possible.

Each dwelling is basically responsible for its upkeep and maintenance.

Which sounds like a nice money saving idea.

Once you move in your libel to live next to someone who may never mow his or her lawn.

You have to drag your mower around all the other houses to mow.

The insulation is not adequate in many of the units.

Heating costs during winter months can escalate.

The head of staff has a "I don't want to hear about it" philosophy about maintenance, although the maintenance staff themselves are extremely nice.

The problems start when you get ready to leave.

If they make any promise in your initial walk thru, by the time your ready to leave they will forget.

DOCUMENT every little nuance or damages that are wrong with the apartment before taking the keys.

They probably made the last tenant pay for it (and didnt bother to fix it) and will charge your deposit for fixing it too.

They dont like to pay for repairs unless they absolutely have too and will foot you with the bill.

The head guy has an attitude problem and is very coarse toward women.

It was not until I was ready to move out that multiple neighbors told me of what him and his boss are really like.

This apartment is relatively cheap and thats what youre going to get.
