The place looks nice. It is a nice quiet neighnorhood but, now that the new owners have taken over the place has gone to hell!! Yes they are fixing up all the vacant apts. but then trying to rent them for $1200-$1300 a month. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!! In the little time they have been here they have been thru 3 Apt. Managers. Now they have one of thier people in from New Jersey. She does not return phone calls. One of the tenants I know fell behind not even a month they where served papers along with a $500 lawyer fee. Come on now I can understand if it was MORE THAN 30 Days, this is outrageous. These people are a big business who are money hungary and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS!!!! Just one word of advise I would think twice before moving into these townhouse. I have been here for a long time and will be giving my notice this month!!!! They put on a good show to get the apts rented. But thats why they are having all these specials because they have so many vacant apts!!!! One more thing they make you sign a new lease every year and raise your rent every year. Before the took over we where paying $825.00 in the year they have been here we are now up to $950.00

They have been through a bunch of managers. No one returns phone calls. I agree they are trying to get all the old tenants out so they can redo the apts and rerent them for the higher price. It is a beautiful place. But who wants to put up with B.S. from the company. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!
