I have lived at Bethlehem Terrace for almost seven years. Unfortunately, I will be moving away in the immediate future with much regret. Bethlehem Terrace was a very comfortable place to live, the grounds are well maintained - even in the wintertime. The staff is very accomodating and if you have any type of maintenance issue, they are extremely quick to respond. It is quiet community that I think is suited more for adults and not families with little children. The fellow apartment dwellers are cordial but not one sticks their nose into your business. My only two issues that I think the owner of Bethlehem Terrace should address are the windows. Even though they are double insulated glass, the windows have metal frames and the cold transmits right throught the cold. The staff is very accomodating each fall and installs plastic over the windows but it tacky and if you burn the toast, you can't open a window to air out the apartment. Secondly, they need to give some thought to updating the kitchen cabinets. But other than that, I was very content living here.
