management here is terribly unprofessional. try to talk to them about problems you are having, and you might get yelled at and thrown out of the rental office. I have lived in apartments downtown with straight up slumlords, and not even those slumlords spoke to me in such a rude unprofessional way as the management here. They don't care about tenants happiness at all. They are only concerned with getting money from you.

I lived without function toilet for weeks, when i went in to talk to them about it, they were unapologetic, and quickly changed the subject to how i "owed them 10 dollars for paying my rent a few hours late"...which i couldn't believe they had the nerve to do.

As other people have said, management and rental people seem really nice and friendly at first, acting like they care about you, and like they want to get to know you, like they are your friends....which creates a very favorable impression of the complex. But as soon as you move in, that changes very quickly. They don't care about you at all...their attitudes are like day and night...as soon as you sign the lease and they know they've got you, they stop their friendly act...and start acting like you are a bother to them.

i would not recommend moving here.

from reading other reviews, i think i got lucky with my apartment. it looks pretty new and clean. I'm happy with the apartment, my problem (and its a big one) is with the people working for management.
