Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I lived in an apartment here from 2003-2006. At first it seemed fine but as time went on the tenants moving in were getting worse and worse and the landscaping as well as general maintenance of the units were going way down hill. If you are "friends" with the manager Jaime, seems you can get away with anything and pay discounted rent. When she moved off the premises that is when it really when it went to hell. Regardless of her personal downfalls and nastiness, I recommend you reconsider before signing a lease, unless you have no choice and do not want to give up your pet. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
