I've lived here at the valley for for years. I've lived in quit a few apt. in my 42 years of living and I have never felt more comfortable in a complex this large. It's off of Rt. 20. 10 min. fr Grocery store 10 min away from the North way and Crossgates Mall If you have young ones.
The grounds are kept really nice and the staff are very helpful in any way possible. I've had a few issues with maintenance and they where handled in a timely fashion.
There's a laundry room on site that could use a little attention. Not from the staff but the resident. But I've found that you'll have these people where ever you choose to live.
The neighbors I've meant on my walks in the evening are just some of the nicest and down to earth group of people I ever lived with. There are people of many nationalities which I find fascinating with the wars and things today. I find it's very peaceful and they even through Parties for us residents in the summer and winter. I've never lived any apt complex that's done that.
It's also has a pool which is always looking good and a life guard who is very polite
