Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2007-01-01

1. On site staff is rude, unhelpful and uninformed.

2. Provided me with conflicting information following completion of my lease about month to month extension and advance notice required. We called central office to complain and had no ptoblem extending lease for week to week after that.

3. Had apartment cleaned professionally, yet got charged for 11 hours of labor for cleaning an empty apartment.

4. Got stuck with charges for carpet replacement and painting which was overdue.

I stayed in the apartment for over 2 years.
