Fairfield at Smithtown, and Fairfield in general; will push their tenents around as much as possible. This particular apartment complex, has disgusting laundry facilities that ruin your clothes, people run businesses out of their apartments and their "employees" take the few parking spaces available. Living across the street from 300 illegal immigrants in one house, along with the trash that actually lives in this complex. Not to mention the fact there is a problem getting heat/hot water at least once a month. Staff is RUDE and unprofessional. People do not curb their dogs and although only small dogs are allowed, some tenents have huge dogs. I HATE it here, and I am eagerly awaiting the MINUTE I can leave.

2 Hippos, Maybe if you payed your rent instead of the large pizza each of you eat as a snack, you wouldn't have been evicted. Regarding your eviction in court in which you represented yourself, you had a mumbling fool for a lawyer as well as a client. The house next door is for battered women. The tenant with a mail-order side business at least paid his rent. Yes, the sherriff told you when you would leave, you did not choose. Eat less, deadbeats.

NOPE - FAIRFIELD DOES STEAL FROM THEIR TENANTS - kepping deposits for no good cause etc. The "person" above who wrote degrading stuff is PROPABLY someone who works there because that is how they treat tenants.
