The building is located in a nice area. Outdoor spaces are well maintain. The interior maintenance of the builiding and apartments on the other hand is terrible. The super lives in building but is completely unaccessible and careless. The lady that attends the office is rude, unhelpful, unwilling and lazy to saythe least. It's a shame because is not a reflection of the management office which offer great service when needed. Some apartments are a little over price for the area.
