I was asked when I first rented the place not to play loud music because I was considered a "teenager" since I was young. And look - I live below the SUPERINTENDENT and there is noise like you would not believe. Made complaints about the neighbors at building #7, many times (which I have to complain again) about their loud music with that real deep base, and they do this at night, one time it was until about 2 a.m., and those complaints didn't do anything - they chose to ignore the office and have no respect for other people living there. The walls are like paper, you can hear EVERYTHING that is going in every apartment around you. No vent in the bathroom - the ceiling is starting to come off again, the tiles look like there coming off again too. All the corners of the walls are cracking. Looks like they put this apartment together in a hurry. I could do a better job, and I don't have any experience in carpentry. Hardly any closet space. This apartment looks nice from the outside, but looks can be deceiving. Do not waste your time here. Trust me.
