Absolutely Great Apartment we have lived here for about three years.
The Sea View from our apartmentin in thr 90 Saint Marks Place building is breathtaking. We formerly lived in Battery Park City. The apartments are comparable and we pay approximately 1200 a month here and we were paying over 3000

Great Great apartment. The Staff was great. They are willing to work with you and they care about you. They worked with me and got me in an apartment in no time. They have even worked with me as I gave short notice of leaving the complex. Simply Great! I have no real complaints

mice!! Used to be a nice place, now mice and mold. Management seems very indifferent to the mice problem, numerous complaints and no results. The rents here are not cheap either, top dollar.

O.K. The apartments are alright. Many have been upgraded. Quiet neighorhood. Very pet friendly.
Have not had the major issues detailed by others. However, heat is an on-going problem. The 24 hour emergency number is just a recording. Very poor responce.
