Not too bad

My experience at Briarcliff Estates was pretty decent. Keep a close watch on any damage made to the townhouse, as the staff is likely to charge you for whatever they can. The price is a bit steep, especially for the location, which is a bit less than ideal. My only real problem was the ENORMOUS, scary, hairy centipedes that invest the entire complex. My roomates and I complained more than once about these creatures, and we were told they were "normal" for the complex. This alone would keep me from living at Briarcliff again. The maintenance "staff" (one man) was actually not bad. Make sure you get everything in writing from the office manager, because she never gives you the same answer twice. If you live at the bottom of the hill, there are times when it is not plowed after a snow storm and getting up the hill is nearly impossible by car until you drive a snow mobile to work.
