I too lived in Briarcliff Estates and did not enjoy the creepy crawlers that liked to appear from behind the bed, in the tub, ect. I think the peak came when a friend of mine was sleeping over and one of the bugs fell on her face, waking her up in the middle of the night. SICK SICK SICK. So, unless you enjoying buggy little things with lots of legs that will give you a run for your money, invest your rent elsewhere.
