I have lived at Briarcliff for over 2 years and find it to be a great place to live. There are a few problems but you will find them anywhere. Occasionally someone will park in your assigned spot or the trash/recyclables don't get picked up on the right day but all in all, it is good. There are alot of stairs here but I love that I have my own separate entrance. The pool is great in the summer. We have a 2-bedroom Townhome and all our friends think it is huge and they love the pool too. Everybody we know has smaller apartments. The staff is great and they do special stuff for us all year. The maintenance guy usually comes the same day you call to say that something needs fixing. I am not home during the day and lots of times, the office has taken a package from UPS for me and held onto it until I can come and get it. I even got money off my rent once for paying my rent early. I will stay here until we can afford a house.
