dont move here if you expect it to be plowed or maintenance or even a manager in the office. I moved in here after selling my house because i had a lot of problems with flooding so i moved. Now im here and im still paying money out of pocket and fixing everything on my own. i have a bad back and im still having to shovel snow. You will be paying a ton of money to people who NEVER do any thing but collect your money. I love the place but the owner is a horrible land lord and the manager is NEVER here. Dont move here i promise you wont be happy with how things are done here. thank you for your time.

As a current resident who is also very disgusted with this
place do not move here. I am counting the days until I can finally drive my car out of this place. The owner resides in the downstate area...Monroe area and could care less about this property. He purchased it in 2005 and it has gone downhill since then.

i am also a resident here and it is exactly how they say it is DO NOT MOVE here, and when rasozinee said cant wait till she/he drives there car out of here they are being literal we have to wait till spring when the snow melts so we can get out of our un-plowed driveway.

There is a professional plow service that plows and there is salt also available across the property. People need to start helping themselves. Do they want their cars started and warmed up for them too? I live here and these complaints are people that must love drama. This is my home and I don't appreciate people writing these things about where I live when they are not true.

Wake up anonymous! I live here too. I also am trying to pretty the place up with flowers and taking care of my area but we are paying twice as much for this townhouse as we did for a huge house in the Northern Adirondacks with water front and didn't plan on taking on the repairs and lawn care. Are you not walking around the property to see the changes, downfalls, problems. Have you called for maintenance, or just called the office. She screens all calls. Doesn't return calls prompty or ever and is also disgusted with Mr. Abraham Mendlewitz!!

Help ourselves?! It is the owner's responsibility to take care of the grounds. If it was stated in the lease that driveway and sidewalks were resident responsibilities, I would gladly "help myself." And, out of necessity, many residents did. But this place should be $100 cheaper AT LEAST if I am expected to HELP MYSELF when taking care of something which is the OWNER'S responsibility. If you love the place you live in so much, write a review and recommend Briarcliff to others. "Do they want their cars started and warmed up for them too?" No. We wanted to receive the services we are paying for, that we were promised when becoming residents. There is something called a "ethics" and "self respect." Obviously the owner of these properties has neither.
