2009 began with more problems and it only gets worse. Dunpster divers won't find much to grab with 1/3 of the apts. empty. Most of these left during the winter months once snowplowing was almost non-existent. Weather breaks, trucks pull up, out go tenants. OUT GO RENT MONIES. Hello does anyone hear this response.
If you can catch this experienced property mgr. in the office you would be lucky. All this poor message taker gets are complaints. Does she have the ability to fix the problems NO. The hasidic --- that owns this property now only wants the rent money. NO INCENTIVE TO WORK FOR HIM. No contractor will contract here or any of his other properties unless they are PAID FIRST. Don't blame them one bit.
This 2009 summer season should be interesting. With all the raings being bad, the pool is my biggest interest now. It took 2 days to drain in Sept. (on its own) due to a leak underground. Will it get repaired' Or will the city make him pay to have it filled in' Will have to see what May brings. WE could use the fenced in area as a community garden!! Any takers'

Yes, as a current resident I hear you loud and clear. By the way, the maintenance person is sneaky, deceitful and could care less about doing a decent job. He is no better than the negligent owner but just as skillful as "dodging" service requests among many other things. Current---soon to leave---resident.

I definetely agree! I recently moved out of Briarcliff and couldnt be happier! my rent is 480.00 and I never have to deal with that horrible management again! The saddest part is whenever I try to call the rental office to inquire about my 300 dollar deposit which they still owe me (it has been 30 days) I have to call using a different phone number each time because otherwise, she will recognize my number and won't respond. good luck to me and anyone else who has to deal with briarcliff estates!
