People in the office of 923 James st.
are not nice at all.
They have really bad attitude and they even yell at their residents.
Always try to give resident fine as much as they can without warning and take away resident's deposit.
They even said they are willing to take away resident's home.
I think the apartment itself is okay, but the people working on 923 James st.
are horrible.

It seems to me that the reason you have the problem with the staff is because you did something you were not suppose to. I have lived here for 3 years and never had a problem with the staff, maybe thats because most people follow the rules. It sounds as though you did not pay your rent or soemthing along those lines. You keep your part up and you shoud not have any problems. I think the staff is great and they do their job very nicley. I love my apartment and the staff.

The staff at 923 James street is not professional, whatsoever. -you are right they keep up their part as management is concerned, but their attitudes are absolutely horrible. I have lived in one of their apartments for a year; I was never late once with rent, never had an altercation with any of the staff there, yet the girls in the office were the rudest people I have yet to encounter in the Syracuse area, bar-none. Great job, if you enjoy being made a fool of when asking a simple question.

I agree with the first response.I think the office staff is great and maitnance is great as well. If you had to deal with screaming people all day like the one above you would be a little tired at the end of the day too. I know i could not do their job. Melissa

I have been here for almost 2 years and I have never caused any trouble or had any complaints against me. My rent is always on time and I am a clean and quiet tenant. The girls down at the office are absolutely terrible. The few times I have gone down there to renew my lease or anything else they have been condescending and horribly rude. They seem to enjoy treating others as if they are lesser individuals. I find it very unprofessional, especially when I am dropping $625 of my hard earned money on this place every month!
The maintenance guys are fabulous and I have never had any problems with them. They fix things right the first time and are nice.
