Greenway Place

 
I lived in Greenway place for 2 years and was quite pleased in the beginning but about 3 months after I moved in my ceiling began to leak from the snow on the deck above one of the bedrooms. I was told that nothing could be done until the spring and was given buckets for the water. When spring came the office would not return any of my calls and ignored any letters I sent to them. I finally called code enforcement and what do you know they were there the next day. The dummy washed some of the mold off the ceiling painted white paint that did not match the existing paint over the spot and that was it. I was livid, not to mention I had a newborn that started to have respiratory illnesses and who knows if the mold had anything to do with it but at the very least it did not help. In the time I lived there the furnace broke in the middle of winter and was fixed after about 3 weeks of freezing cold days and nights. Drug dealers moved in and had their "clients" break into the gates to get their product and that took about 6 months to be taken care of. The fridge began to leak and we had to unplug it at night because we were afraid the house would catch on fire and nobody in the office cared to check up on it. Needless to say after the fridge and the mold we got out of there and I hope they put that "special $500 security deposit" to good use because they damn sure did not get any last months rent from me!
