I have loved in Greenway Place for 9 months now, and they just got around to fixing the leak in my apartment that has been there since I moved in. When I took ownership of the place, they didn't even vacuum it. It was in TERRIBLE shape. The owners of the complex barely put any money into keeping it in shape. And when the management starts to get comfortable, or begins to realize how poor the owners treat the place, they are fired so there is no institutional knowledge kept about how poor the conditions are.
The "secure parking" is broke, they have chained one of the gates shut.
There are bricks coming loose on all the buildings.
It is just a complete mess.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT LIVING HERE.
