I have lived in Greenway Place since 2003. When I first moved in the management was responsive and the property was well kept. Since then, ownership has changed two or three times and the management has gotten progressively worse. It takes them months to make simple repairs. The insulation and windows are nowhere close to being energy efficient as well. If you are concerned about your quality life, I would not advise living here. In fact, I am looking to move A.S.A.P.
