It is really too bad that management is renting to anybody who thinks they want to live here. When I originally moved here it was hard as heck to be signed for a lease being younger than most of the tenants at that time. Now it seems like the cops are here every other day dealing with the mess that management created, which is drunken college students. I mean they are definitely on top of the animal policy for sure, i get a phone call every other day asking if I have another dog' Which I have no idea whats that about. However I can call them and tell them that college students are pissing on cars, being loud, and disrupting the peice yet they DONT handle it. The prefer that we call the cops and get the kids in trouble. Not like they kids even care. I mean if they would just take pride in the fact that this is a nice place and its about respect then maybe we could intermingle and get along great. But with the speeding, littering, loud parties and everything else that is all of a sudden arising, I think its time to move!!! Oh and I definitely want to mention, it is only going to get worse because now this money hungry management company is now renting to Section 8 people. So it is only going to get worse and go to ----!!!!

Oh and they raise rent about 30 dollars a year and still havent made any worth while improvements or repairs!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
