It seems that management is letting college kids destroy our peice and quiet! These little bastards are starting to pop up everwhere being noisy and just plain disgusting. I really don't think they have standards for living here anymore. I think I am looking to move! Not to mention all of a sudden we have a car break in problem! Hmm' Coincidence'

Not all the college students are that bad!! I am one of them and we have not thrown a party or anything yet!! We've also picked up sum of the others mess!! so dont go generalizing all of us thats just rude!!

Congratulations. You being the one exception to the norm doesn't make it any quieter when cars are racing between the buildings at 2 AM with stereos blasting. As for the original reviewer...car break ins have been a problem the entire 8 years I've lived here along with personal property theft from the back yards. They're done by gangs that come up the hill from the slum.

I wasn't aware of the car break-ins until last summer when I posted this originally. And to the college student who says that they do take pride in their living environment, I am glad that you do and you are few and far between when it comes to college students. The racing around buildings, having loud parties, and littering everywhere IS however coming from the other college students that live over here. When I am out walking my dog I don't think I should have to worry about being run over or getting harrassed by drunken asses! If you feel like you don't want to be generalized into this group of people then I suggest talking to your peers and convincing them that other people live here to and we deserve our piece and quiet even if management doesnt think so anymore. Oh by the way High Acres is now renting to Section 8. Just going to get worse!
