I have lived here for 2 months. Maintenance does a pretty good job and usually responds quickly to calls. They come often when you first move in due to older appliances. Snow removal is a problem if you must wake up early and leave for work or school. Where I live is a quiet area. Rooms are spacious with nice carpet and some updated appliances in kitchen. Bathrooms are nice expect for yellow tub!! Heat works well, but expect National Grid bill to be about $200 a month. If you are an OCC student, expect to receive a -------- extra $100 added onto your rent each month. Break-ins to vehicle are common around the area because of being close to western lights. Overall, I like living here.
