I've lived in a townhouse at High Acres for 6 months now and have been extremely happy with the facilities and the maintenance.
The leasing manager is very helpful even after I signed the lease. The snow is normally removed by the time I leave in the morning. The leasing manager said the maintenance guys are supposed to start removing snow at 3 in the morning. So unless you have to be to work at 2, you're covered.
The thermostat that was in the townhouse was not programmable, so with the permission from the office, I bought a programmable thermostat and the maintenance people installed it for me. Now my National Grid bill is $118 a month.
The apartments may be different, but in my townhouse, I NEVER hear any sound from the townhouse next door.
All in all, after living in a house for 30 years or so, I am very happy with life at High Acres.
